Middle and Upper School Wellness

Courtney Birch, Middle School Counselor, and Dr. Karen Ezra, Upper School Psychologist, have available “office hours” during which Poly students a may sign up for brief non-urgent Google Meet check-ins. Please scroll down to book an appointment. For any urgent mental health concerns, please contact your regular therapists (if you have them) or NYC Well.

If you would like to schedule an appointment with either Dr. Ezra or Ms. Birch, please select their calendar below, pick a date and time. Once submitted, you will receive an invitation which will include the appointment details such as date, time, and Google Meet link for the session.

Parent Coffees
